New to Savannah and chose Dr. Shults because he is a shoulder specialist. I have continued pain from a rotator cuff injury. He was thorough and reviewed my history. We chose an agreeable course and I left his office pain free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Shults and staff are always professional and always ready to help your medical diagnosis. Sure you might have to do some trial and error to get the best treatment but that’s what makes them great. They never jump the gun to conclusions. They will help and have an open mind to what may be or what can cause certain problems. 10/10 would highly recommend

Coastal Empire Orthopedics is amazing! Dr Shults, James Dean, and all the staff excel at their profession. The facility is very clean and welcoming.
I was a new client with an injury that needed surgery ASAP. Coastal got me in for an appointment the very next day and two days later had my surgical procedure.
I cannot thank them enough for all of their help. I highly recommend Coastal Empire Orthopedics.
