A Savannah native, Mr. Dean attended Armstrong Atlantic State University. He initially graduated from AASU in 2000 with his Bachelor of Science degree in nursing but later returned to earn his Master of Science degree in nursing in 2005. After completing his schooling, he went on to gain over 11 years of experience working with clinical data and 15 years’ experience in surgery with organizations such as Memorial Health University Medical Center and Optim Orthopedics, also in Savannah.

This experience includes having implemented peripheral vascular scrub call programs as well as first-assisting in over 2,300 anterior hip replacements.

Mr. Dean continues to work and live in Savannah with his wife and children. Outside of his career as a nurse practitioner, he enjoys spending time with his family.
